I'm Lucca Matos. I've been building brands, online stores and websites since 2022, for e-commerce shops, consultancies and AI projects. Lumyn is where all of it comes together into one craft: the front window of a local business.
I'm Brazilian and I work on Eastern Time hours. I take on a few clients at a time, so every site gets my full attention, and you never get passed to an account manager.

How much does it cost?
From $997, one time, for a finished site with your Google profile and maps set up. Most local businesses choose Own Your Neighborhood: $1,497, or $1,197 for our first ten clients. The care plan is $79 a month and optional.
When do I pay?
Only after your site is live and you've seen it working. Once you pay, the domain moves to your name.
Do I own the site and the domain?
Yes. After payment the domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever leave, we hand over everything.
How long does it take?
Your site is already built when we email you. It goes live the same day you say yes, and your Google, Apple Maps and other listings are set up within 7 days. The missed-call text in Fully Booked takes up to 18 days.
Is the care plan required?
No. The first three months are free so you can see what it's like. After that you can keep it, cancel, or have anyone you like look after the site.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No one honestly can, and we won't pretend. We do the work that helps: a fast site, a page for each service and area, a complete Google profile and clear facts AI assistants can read.
Where are you based?
In Brazil, working on US Eastern Time. Everything happens in English, by email. No meetings, no sales calls: you reply when it suits you, and support stays by email after launch.
